We currently offer 2 shipping options to our Customers, UPS and FedEx.

Our Shipping Charges are based on per item per order basis. The following table explains our shipping charges.

Saanjhi.com will try its best to ensure that you receive the order as early as possible and will also try to give an accurate estimate of the delivery time. But, please understand that occasional delays due to adverse weather conditions, local holidays, Custom delays, etc. are beyond our control.

You may also be eligible for shipping discounts on some items. Such discounts will automatically show up during the checkout process.

The orders may also be shipped to you from Multiple Locations including from that of our vendors and associates. That would however not affect your order in any way.

Customers outside the U.S

Customers outside of U.S., please consult with your local Customs on import duties and other taxes that may apply. Customs charges vary from country to country. We will not be responsible for such charges. If there are any requirements for import documents, we will be more than happy to facilitate all necessary information.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for refund, exchange or for a credit of the original purchase amount (shipping and insurance fees are non refundable). Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Support within no later than 48 hours after receiving the order.

Our return process is simple, please follow the below instruction:

1. Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Visit the saanjhi.com website and log-in to your account. Once you have logged in, click on the order for product(s) which you would like ot return, then click the link: “Obtain RMA”, and follow the simple instructions. Please note that any returned item(s) without the “RMA” will not be accepted.

2. Ship Your Returned Item(s): Remember to include your “RMA” with your returned shipment, wrap and seal the package securely then ship to the address below. For your protection, we recommend that you use United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation.

Once we receive your returned item(s), the item(s) will be inspected by our quality control personnel. Once your return is accepted and confirmed, your replacement item(s) or refund will be processed immediately. You may review your return status by login on to “View RMA” located in the “My Account” page. Please note: You must obtain the “RMA” before returning any item(s) and the returned item(s) must arrive to our Return Facility no later than 10 days from obtaining the “RMA”. Any returned item(s) without the “RMA” will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

If you are returning items for a refund, your request will be processed within 24-48 business hours once we accept the returned package. The refund will be in the original form of your payment. Credit Policy If, for any reason, you wish to ‘Bank' the total value of your original order(s) (excluding the original cost of shipping and insurance), that ‘Banked' sum will be applied towards any replacement purchases made from saanjhi.com, now or in the future Replacement Policy If you are returning an item(s) for replacement with an identical product(s), you should receive your replacement item(s) within 1 to 3 weeks. This time will vary depending on your location. * Please note the amount to be refunded/credited/replaced will not include the original cost of shipping and insurance. A 10% ‘Restocking' charge will be included at our discretion in case of an excessive amount of returned items.
