Shipping Policy
Saanjhi ships to US addresses only. Standard shipping is free when your order subtotal is $35.00 or more, and most Standard orders arrive within about 2 weeks. Need it sooner? For books in stock at our warehouses, Express delivers within 3 business days of your order and Second Day within 2.
Where we ship
We ship to:
- all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, D.C.
- Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands
- US military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO) with the state code AA, AE or AP. These always go by USPS.
For a territory or a military address, choose United States as the country at checkout. Then pick Puerto Rico, Guam or Virgin Islands, or Armed Forces Americas, Europe or Pacific, from the list of states.
We can't ship anywhere else. That includes American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and all other countries.
Where your order ships from
Every order ships from inside the United States. We send it from one of our own warehouses, or, for some books, our distributor sends it to you directly from one of its US warehouses.
From our warehouses, most packages go by USPS. Some go by UPS, and a few by FedEx. We choose the carrier after you order, so it is not something you pick at checkout.
Shipping options and cost
You choose your option at checkout. Express and Second Day are delivery commitments: we pick the warehouse and the carrier that get your order to you in time.

Free shipping applies to Standard only. Each copy counts as one book, so two copies of the same title count as two.
Express and Second Day delivery times apply to books in stock at our warehouses, sent to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays. An order placed by 4 PM local time at the warehouse that ships it (4 PM Eastern for our Pennsylvania warehouse, 4 PM Pacific for our California warehouse) on a business day is counted from that day. Later orders, and orders placed at weekends or on holidays, are counted from the next business day.
How long Standard delivery takes
Most Standard orders we send from our own warehouses arrive within about 2 weeks of the day you place them. Orders take longer when a book is not on our shelves and we have to get it from our distributor first. Most of those arrive within 3 weeks.
Here is what our tracking showed for packages sent from our own warehouses and delivered between July 30 and October 28, 2026, including orders placed through marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Books our distributor sends you directly are not included.

Days are calendar days, counted from the day you order, except time with the carrier, which is in business days. These are typical times, not a guarantee.
These figures are for all US destinations together. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the territories and military addresses may take longer.
If your order is late
If your order hasn't arrived 3 weeks after you placed it, please contact us. You are welcome to ask sooner. We will tell you where your order is.
Returns
You can return an item within 15 calendar days of the day you receive it.
- It must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You need an RMA (return authorization) from us before you send it back. Returns without one are refused.
- If we sent the wrong book or it arrived damaged, there is no restocking fee and we pay the return shipping.
- For any other reason, there is a 15% restocking fee, and you pay the return shipping.
- If your return is approved, we start your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
