Nela Kovacovic is a mom of three littles: Ariana, Arwen, and Alex. She is originally from the small European country Slovakia, and is now living her American dream in Canada. She is an international-award-winning event planner, with experience producing live shows in Europe and Canada. When the world pandemic hit and all events were cancelled, she finally had time to pursue her passion and put on paper all her famous sugar-free treat recipes. She believes in the power of cooking and baking with kids, and sharing nutritional knowledge from a young age.
