Butterfly Pa Kua Chang Gung Fu
Forms and Real Self Defense Techniques!
THIS MARTIAL ARTS VIDEO COURSE BOOK HAS LINKS TO OVER 60 MINUTES OF INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO.
Pa Kua Chang is a few hundred years old. It is considered one of the 'three sister' of the internal martial arts. The others being Tai Chi Chuan and Hsing i. The art became quite popular for a number of reasons: self defense potential, health repair and generation, and meditational aspects.
This course has two versions of Pa Kua Chang in it. First, there is the 'Ten Hands' version, which establishes the mechanics and physics of the art. This ensures that the student is doing the art correctly. Second is the traditional 'Eight Animals' version. This is the art that is filled with self defense techniques.
While the ability to fight is important, the true blessing of Pa Kua Chang is the heightened meditation and health giving aspects of the art. As you 'walk the circle' your legs will become like lightening, and you will experience the profound universal understanding that a true martial art gives.
