Also included are video segments recording some of the best consumer behavior stories from professors and industry professionals from all around the world. These videos will not only help to reinforce material learned in the book, they will also allow students to recognize the best practices and how they are successfully utilized.     * Ethical Dilemma Boxes Integrated throughout the book, these boxes expose students to the ???????dark side??????? of consumer behavior, illustrate how marketing and consumption sometimes lead to negative outcomes, and provide them with examples that can stimulate discussion about marketing ethics.     * New Opening Vignettes: Over 50% of the chapter opening vignettes are new.
