The journey of mental health can shape us for the better and allow us to possess newfound strength.
Those who suffer from mental health challenges should not be discredited, but encouraged to share their journey in safe spaces. We are continuously being shaped by the challenges we face daily, and it is up to us to reshape our reality for the better.
