Spirituality and Theology

Philip Sheldrake believes we cannot separate the Doctrine of God from our own personal faith and spiritual experience. He argues that we must bridge the divide between love and knowledge in our approach to God. To make discussion of the relationship between spirituality and theology more precise he reflects specifically on the doctrine of the Trinity, affirming throughout that Trinitarian faith is central to the coherence of Christian Spirituality.
