Russia and the NIS in the World Economy: East-West Investment, Financing and Trade

Economically and politically, the former Soviet Union is a hungry, unstable partner. There will be further changes in Baltic relationships with them that are hard to predict beyond the immediate future. For this reason, Professor Palmieri's contribution is more than required reading for an audience of East-West trade specialists.
