Gospel of St. John: The Story of the Son of God (1999)

With words that echo the Old Testament story of creation, St. John sets his story of Christ in the cosmic framework of God's plan to save the world from the power of darkness. More than any other gospel writer, John illuminated the life of Jesus in an interesting way. In this book, John's gospel is presented along with commentary from well-known Biblical scholars and a foreword by Piers Paul Read.
