Child Sexual Abuse: Feminist Perspectives (1989)

This feminist analysis brings together expert contributions on the subject of child sexual abuse. The book examines current theoretical perspectives and institutions, including the law, psychiatry and education. The authors question the dominant ideology, which presents sexual abuse as a product of family dysfunction, and instead suggest an analysis in terms of male violence.
