Chrysalis

Robbie feels as though life is passing her by without any way to change it. Being confined to a wheelchair due to Spastic Cerebral Palsy, and having a speech impediment as a result, she feels unworthy, and overlooked. A tragic accident occurs, and Robbie experiences Heaven while unconscious. There, she is shown the path her life could take, giving her hope and a purpose. However, she will remain disabled for the rest of her life. The Chrysalis is the first book in Robbie's Journey from where she is like the caterpillar, as she feeds off the goodness of others. Then the chrysalis, where she learns her own worth and abilities, becoming an adult. In the two books following this one, Robbie finally evolves into the beautiful butterfly that she was always meant to be.
