Electronic Composites: Modeling, Characterization, Processing, and Mems Applications

Electronic composites, whose properties can be controlled by thermal or electromagnetic means, play an important role in micro- and nano- electromechanical systems (MEMS/NEMS) such as sensors, actuators, filters, and switches.
