No Enemy But Himself

No Enemy But Himself is a collection of essays and aphorisms by American writer and philosopher Elbert Hubbard. Originally published in 1914, the book explores the theme of self-reliance and personal responsibility. Hubbard argues that the greatest obstacle to success and happiness is not external circumstances or other people, but rather one's own negative attitudes and habits. He encourages readers to take control of their lives, to cultivate a positive mindset, and to embrace their own unique talents and abilities. The book is divided into several sections, each of which focuses on a different aspect of self-improvement, such as character, ambition, creativity, and perseverance. Throughout the book, Hubbard shares his own personal experiences and insights, as well as drawing on the wisdom of other great thinkers and writers. No Enemy But Himself is a timeless classic that continues to inspire readers to this day.THIS 208 PAGE ARTICLE WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE BOOK: The Man of Sorrows: Elbert Hubbard's Selected Writings Part 11, by Elbert Hubbard.
