Down The Bay: Based On A True Story

In the spring of 1978, Florence and Eddie Sherman sent their sarcastic, out-of-control thirteen-year-old daughter, Debbie, lobstering with her older brother, Reggie. In Eddie's words, at least they'd "know where in hell she is." Reggie takes on tracking down a thief while trying to teach his sister the right things in life. She learns her job as a stern person, drools over the boys that work on the bait-dock, and makes keen observations of how her family members interact with each other.
