Long Weekend

Mike slowed as the tires hit the soft earth that led to a rocky playa some one hundred yards away. He relaxed as he neared the first monstrous sentinel, realizing that he really had to stop. The road passed between two huge boulders standing guard at the entrance to the rocky cacophony. Rolling through their inviting embrace his heart slammed into his chest as he spied seven motorcycles resting with their riders just twenty yards to the right. What happens when an anticipated, restful weekend turns into a life-and-death struggle in the desert? Mike and Sarah Johnson had no idea that life as they knew it was about to change forever. On a weekend getaway from their busy lives in Phoenix, they stop at a remote gas station and tangle with a violent motorcycle gang. Thinking the incident is over, Mike and Sarah continue on their journey. But to their surprise, the motorcycle gang wants vengeance.
