Scandinavian legend asserts that a daughter of Nicholas and Alexandra escaped the Bolsheviks and fled to Norway, taking with her a generous helping of Faberge Imperial Eggs. While there is little evidence the escape actually occurred, there is no doubt ten or more Faberge Eggs are missing to this day.
