Have you ever wondered what your dental hygienist is thinking about as she cleans your teeth? Here's a clue-it's not your teeth. Patricia is a dental hygienist, an inveterate daydreamer, and a lesbian. In the midst of cleaning people's teeth, she fluctuates flawlessly between her inner and outer worlds.
