A captivating book of memoirs and adventures that appeals to all adult age groups describing the challenges and changes we face in our life journey. As an adult the author faced many life challenges, moving across the United States living in multiple states and out of the country, divorce, cancer, a heart attack, living and working in Egypt for two years, as well as running in marathons and ultra-marathons and racing his car at Daytona International Raceway, Mid Ohio, Road America and other tracks. The adventures are told chapter by chapter with questions at the end allowing the reader to pause for thoughts and reflection or for discussion as the book can be used as a multiple week study by small groups.
