Gretchen's Surprise

Gretchen Mitchell is looking for a new life. She's a strong, independent woman who is newly divorced and her friends talk her into taking a trip. The girls wind up in The Big Easy for a get-away and Gretchen meets an interestingly, smokin' hot, green-eyed, and bronzed sailor from an island in the French West Indies. His name is Grey Maddock and he's interested in her. They spend one very hot night together in New Orleans that neither will forget. As she returns to her life as a nurse in Missouri and as a mom to her son, Jeb, her goal is a new 'normalcy' for her family, but she continues to think of Grey. When he emails her, Gretchen is surprised and begins to wonder if there could be more than the one sultry night spent with him in New Orleans. As if Gretchen has nothing else to worry about, her ex-husband's high school sweetheart, Jean, returns to town, broke. Jean is looking for someone to take care of her. Will there be any other surprises in Gretchen's future?
