Dreams of Glass: A Mystery introduces us to the world of New Ryatii, the capital of a multi planetary empire. It is a beautiful place with a dark past, a world both mighty and hauntingly fragile. The story centers on chief inspector Ronald Addha, a conflicted man, highly accomplished in his career yet unfocused in his personal life. He's nearly finished with a historic investigation of a conspiracy involving the great Lord Sage, one of the last remaining founders of his world. Despite strong evidence of his guilt, Addha feels compelled to defend him. Meanwhile, during his research, he is captivated by a strange story about a lost boy from another world in another time. The age-old tale seems insignificant at first, but then his eyes are opened. As new evidence comes to light, and new accusations are brought against Lord Sage, the inspector is torn and begins to unravel. He finds himself being drawn into an ancient mystery about a legendary lost nation, only to discover that Lord Sage has been part of an exclusive circle, keeping the key to that mystery hidden for generations...
