The purpose of this book is to help the beginning flat-picker learn the essential elements and styles to become a better Bluegrass and Old-time guitar player. This book will also help take you from the beginner status to more of an intermediate player. I have adapted the playing styles of Doc Watson, Tony Rice, Russ Barenberg, and The Carter Family in the arrangements throughout the book.
