Fitness for Life Activity and Vocabulary Cards CD-Rom-5th Edition

This CD-ROM contains two sets of cards that can be printed for use in class. The first card set includes pictures of various exercises and self-assessments with descriptions. They can be used with exercise routines and self-assessments described in the book and in the lesson plans. The CD-ROM format ensures that the cards are stored safely until they're needed next semester or next year. The second card set, vocabulary flash cards, helps students learn key terms from the Fitness for Life curriculum. Together with the music CDs, the activity cards make it easy to prepare for Fitness for Life student physical activities.
