The Cove, or Bunker's Cove, is a place that remains virtually untouched by time. Suddeth promoting the area's heavily forested, game-rich peninsula. The surrounding waters teemed with snapper, flounder, crabs, and shrimp, supporting locals and drawing tourists, including actor Clark Gable.
