Ten-Gallon Bart has been sheriff of Dog City for seventy dog years and plans to retire...until he hears that Billy the Kid is on the loose and headed for town. Billy is the roughest, toughest, gruffest goat in the country and eats everything in sight. If he reaches Dog City, he will gobble up the whole town!
