Black Report: Charting the Changing Status of African Americans

The Black Report is a multifaceted statistical examination of contemporary Black America. The Report grew out of the mounting concerns about the present character of African-American life and anxiety over seriously deteriorating possibilities for the future, all of which demands a more critical, objective assessment of status and directions.
