One day Neil Hackett of Montreal happens on something that will change his life. On impulse he bids at an auction and becomes the owner of a powerful Ducati 900 racing motorcycle.

Soon Neil is hooked on the speed and the excitement of road racing - the girls, the camaraderie at the track, and above all, the thrill of controlling an explosively fast, finely tuned machine.
