This fascinating book brings to light the profound changes that took place during the American Revolution. It was often hard to distinguish homefront from battle front as most of the 13 colonies experienced battle during the American Revolution. Neighbors were sometimes on different sides of the war, some still being loyal to England. The economy suffered as inflation ran out of control.
