Man-Made Disasters

Many man-made disasters are threatening our planet. Toxic chemicals pollute our air, oil spills into our water, and the rain forests are being cut down faster than ever. In this series, students will learn what causes these and other threats to our environment and what is being done to prevent them from injuring our planet further. Man-Made Disasters shows the many ways that people can affect Earth. This series will greatly enhance the earth science curriculum by revealing the impact that humans have on the environment both negatively and positively.
