The Junior League of Eugene's third cookbook offers an abundance of fresh recipes from picturesque Oregon. Cooking from the Coast to the Cascades includes 200 selections for elegant dining, outdoor entertaining, and quick weeknight meals. The chapters are seasonal, and recipes include dishes such as Golden Delicious Apple Brunch Cake, Seaside Clam Chowder, and Elk Chili. There's even an entire section dedicated to Vegetarian Lifestyles and several grilled salmon and trout recipes featuring seasonal produce.

The book features scenic photographs--from majestic cliffs on the coast to cozy cabins in the Cascade mountains--and references to Oregon's award-winning wines. All proceeds go to the community of Eugene, Oregon.
