Not establish his superiority,

Rather it established his need.

And the Lord God said,

It is not good that the man

Should be alone.

Creating the woman second

did not establish her inferiority,

Rather it established her mission.

I will make a helpmate for him.

Where do most problems start in marriages that experience serious problems? If we can answer this question in the beginning, before severe problems occur, the couple has a better chance of spotting danger areas before these areas get out of hand. Being aware of such things should encourage the engaged couple to better planning and more realistic thinking
