Carolina Comfort II

A NC native, Karen Dodd continues her stories of growing up in the 1950's. Her stories describe living on the coast and aboard her boat as she cruised the waters between Baltimore and Marathon. Brief glances at her strong family upbringing, loss of her parents and older sister, and finding joy in grandchildren and herself after cancer. A collection of short stories about the coast is also included. Dodd has won awards and many of her stories are published in popular magazines.
