Patriotic Devotional

Divided into three sections to represent God, Home and Country - the motto of the DAR, A Patriotic Devotional contains poems, songs, letters and prayers. The reader is introduced to "The Prayer for His Country" by our nation's first president, George Washington. Other patriots include James Madison, John Jay, Thomas Paine, William Pitt, Benjamin Franklin, Patrick Henry, John Adams, and Anne Bradstreet. Prayers from native Americans are included also.
