I Had to CHOOSE to Feel Better

In life, one can choose to survive well, or one can choose to succumb. Look around you. Everything you see is a result of someone's CHOICE to create...a good thing or not. This book is about my personal choice to live WELL and not in pain and suffering. After having my second stroke and a seizure in August of 2024, I could have chosen to be a victim...looking outside of myself for everything, or I could have chosen to be a victor...WINNING regardless of challenges. This book explains what occurred that almost took my life and what I did to preserve my life, better than I ever have before. I took the time to research information that may help you in your path of healing, so that your eating and life habits can shift to better choices. You know what you DON'T want to feel like.
