Vincent Hunter vows to never return to the force, but when a serial killer everyone else thought was locked away resurfaces, he is compelled to come back. Samantha Walker is content with her life as a beat cop but at Vincent's urging, she finds herself undercover as a dancer and on the tail of a serial killer.
