Premeditated Culture is a business novel that illustrates the dramatic impact that organizations have on the lives of the individuals that inhabit them. Often, an organization's beliefs are hidden, concealed or shrouded in misdirection. It is their behavior that betrays the underlying beliefs. Connected behaviors are then tested by the consequences of reality, those behaviors that survive, are codified as our customs and rituals. This is the prequel to the business novel Outbound Air and follows Catherine Nibali from her childhood through her college years. Catherine and her college chums attempt to live up to their graduation toast - "To the organizations that will try to make us into something we're not, and to being difficult enough that they don't entirely succeed."
