Julie's Favorites: Cooking with a little help from my family and friends

This is a book is a collection of recipes passed down through the generations from my great grandmother, grandmother, and mother. They came from many cousins and friends. I've added my own favorites collected in the fifty years I've been cooking. Some are healthy. Some are comfort food, pure and simple!

For me, home cooking always made a house feel like a home--the delicious smell of cookies fresh from the oven after school, or the aroma of a pot roast calling us to the dinner table.
