Vintage Beauty

Artists have explored the nude image since the beginning of time, through sculpture, ink, and paint on canvas, and celebrated the female form in all its natural beauty. Photography is no stranger to this since its arrival. We hereby present an archive of rare glamour photography from the 1900s until the 1960s.
Nico B, founder of the legendary Amsterdam video store Cult Videotheek, started Cult Epics in 1991, the first films acquired for distribution where The Exotic Dances of Bettie Page, and Tokyo Decadence. Moving to the US in 1998, he continued to release arthouse, horror and erotica films in North America, with the later, the series Vintage Erotica 1920 - 1970, American Nudes vol. 1-3, the Bettie Page films, the films by directors Tinto Brass, Radley Metzger, and Walerian Borowczyk. Nico B also directed the erotic films 100 Girls by Bunny Yeager, Bettie Page Dark Angel, and Sin.
