Education: Intellectual, Moral, and Physical

In this seminal work, Herbert Spencer expounds his philosophy of education, arguing that true education must attend to the intellectual, moral, and physical development of the individual. Spencer's ideas were highly influential in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, shaping pedagogy and educational theory in both Europe and America. This edition includes a new introduction that contextualizes Spencer's ideas in the contemporary educational landscape.
