Sam The SUPERSTAR Puppy

Sophie is a ten year old girl who lives with her two brothers and her mum and dad. She would love a puppy but her Dad is not keen on dogs. Sophie looks up as a shooting star races across the dark sky and makes a silent wish.
Will her wish come true? Was she grown up enough to own a dog? Especially one with special talents...

Sophie gets a surprise and Sam her new puppy arrives.

She soon realises she must be a responsible owner. Her Grandpa is a good help and as well as having fun with Sam, she works hard at training her bouncy fun-loving puppy. Sam makes a friend at the puppy classes.

Sophie and Sam find themselves in several situations where Sam's special talent for helping people in need is used. Sam impresses quite a few characters in the book especially the local policeman.

Sophie's dad becomes one of Sam's biggest fans.
