Syllable Junkie

Syllable Junkie begins with 'Life' and ends with 'Death'. Birds learn to fly, sea turtles gorge on plastic, people drown, chickens and guppies rant, ants battle, humans pollute, sperm speak, men become fathers, nostalgia bubbles to the surface, and the earth's fish and bird populations plead to Mother Nature for the extermination of the human race.

Unabashedly honest, surprisingly tender, and oddly humorous, these poems wade into the trash vortex, covering topics like climate change, consumerism, invasive species control, war, death, desire, inequality, ADHD, limbo, and loss.
