Freedom by Name

Her processor ran failure loops back and forth. Unable to find a solution, her hands trembled again.

"If you don't like it, we can choose another."

"No, it's a beautiful name."

She wakes up in a laboratory, and the doctor presents her to a crowd of humans and something with blinking lights moments before she's rescued. She is neither of these and part of both. There are secrets she must keep and secrets she must understand. She could figure it all out if it weren't for the intense emotions and these illogical human names.
