Glass is Full System

People don't need more motivation. They need a better way to think.

For nearly 30 years, Robert Jacques led operations and construction teams, serving as Vice President of Operations and later Director of Construction for more than two decades. Long before he wrote The Glass Is Full System, he was applying its principles to make high-stakes decisions, build high-performing teams, and solve complex business challenges.

But the system wasn't born in the boardroom.

It was forged through a journey that began in foster care and evolved into a lifelong pursuit of understanding why some people consistently rise above adversity while others remain trapped by it.

The Glass Is Full System introduces a practical framework built on three foundational principles:

• Mission: Stay focused on what truly matters.
• Calm: Respond with clarity instead of reacting emotionally.
• Consistency: Build the habits that shape your identity and your future.

Supported by psychology, neuroscience, and decades of real-world leadership experience, this isn't another collection of generic motivational quotes. It's a practical framework for seeing what others miss-so you can make better decisions, build stronger relationships, and lead with greater confidence.

Whether you're leading a company, strengthening your relationships, or simply trying to become the person you're capable of being, The Glass Is Full System offers a transformative way to think differently. Because when you change how you see the world, you change how you live in it.

See what others miss.
