Chris only wants three things out of life: money ... success ... and a soulmate.

He knows a true soulmate would help bring mutual success and the money would follow. Hence his fastidious search, which develops into a convoluted conundrum he has to solve.

Dreams of Reality follows on from A Dream in Need. It is autumn 1982 and the beginning of the end for Chris along this path. Although, now considerably more worldly-wise than ever before he still carries around a lot of the excess baggage generated in obtaining that experience. Will he continue to drag this along with him, or will he jettison some or all of it and have a completely fresh start? Has he finally got to grips with dealing with his relationships? Will he finally succeed at something he wants? Will he finally find his true soulmate? Will he finally get his ideal job, and the money, to be able to attain the way of life that he dreamt of long ago?
