Nero's Nile

Rome, 62 AD. Obsessed with securing his legacy, Emperor Nero orders a perilous expedition to discover the source of the River Nile. A reluctant general, Titus, leads a group of Praetorian Guards into the uncharted heart of Africa. As Nero descends into madness and artistic megalomania in Rome, Titus descends into Ancient Egypt, where forgotten powers lay dormant in the darkness. Powers that should not be disturbed.

Nero's Nile is a historical fiction novel with a dark twist. It weaves together two parallel narratives set during the reign of Emperor Nero (37-68 AD): A historically accurate account of the Emperor's rise and fall in Rome, and a fictional account of an expedition he commissioned to discover the source of the River Nile. An expedition which never returned.
