This is a self-guided workbook for those in first responder fields wanting to work on their wellbeing and crisis planning skills. Although this workbook is intended for use in conjunction with the Not Just Responding training program, it can act as a stand-alone workbook for any first responder hoping to improve their wellbeing. This workbook is intended as a self-help tool to increase personal wellbeing. It does not represent medical, legal, or policy advice.
