Troops for Turtles: Uma's Bhumi

What does an animal loving seven-year-old do after learning about plastic pollution in the ocean? She takes matters into her own hands. Uma is inspired after helping a marine biologist named Rachel rescue a turtle and goes on a mission to save her beloved sea animals from plastic pollution, meeting obstacles along the way. Uma's Bhumi is a children's book series that introduces young children to environmental issues and promotes leadership, perseverance and activism in the movement.
