Before we dive into the book "7 Pillars of Success" let's first discuss the book's author Malik Simmons. Malik is the co-founder of a minority owned Real Estate Development firm located in St.Louis, Missouri. He's a licensed Realtor, Developer and Investor currently rebuilding blight communities and restoring homes back into safe living conditions. His passion for real estate started when he was 17 years old helping his family rehab homes. This passion followed him into college where he purchased his first rental property as a Sophomore . And eventually purchasing a second one as a Junior all by utilizing scholarships, grants and his close connections while attending Harris Stowe State University. He is also the CEO and Founder of MRS Internet Ventures LLC where he specializes in telling privately held companies brand stories through content on social media platforms. As a kid he was considered an outcast. He was very shy and to himself however, he always had this hustle about himself that made him stand out in any room he stepped in. His unique story is told in between the chapters to make it relatable to the millennial readers and to show your age doesn't define you nor limit you...
