Affirmations and journaling have been extremely helpful in my life journey and in the journeys of many of my colleagues and clients. Stating and writing our intentions seem to have a way of keeping us focused, and even assisting us in making decisions that lead us closer to our goals. This journal combines methods of self-reflection along with purposefully selecting our desires. After interacting with this journal, you will be able to gain more insight into who you are and what you want, build your confidence, and develop your own life affirmations.
