Lana's Dinner

Johannah Katz is a Registered Dietitian with a master's in applied nutrition and dietetics and a mom of two young children. She was inspired by her personal experience with picky eaters, combined with her professional training and research, to develop a story that encourages children to eat the rainbow. She is passionate about healthy nutrition, especially for our youth. She hopes parents will use this book as a tool to broaden the palates of little readers.
