Whilst Walking Away: poetry and prose

Whilst Walking Away is a beautifully simple collection of prose and poems written during a time of change and introspection. The author, Rowan J. Paige, brings a sense of peace, inspiration, and self-love with poems such as "Toasted Glaze," "Slugs," and "King Tide." She delicately weaves coziness, heartache, romance, and endurance together to create a unique story of renewal and strength.

As a queer woman, she reflects openly about healing in nature, her relationship with mental health, and her love of being lost.

Much like her poetic debut (Whilst Gazing Through a Window), Whilst Walking Away is stunningly illustrated by Berlin artist Mira Lou, making it a lovely coffee table book to be shared and cherished.
